- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., picture, receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalized or customized products
- Items marked as final sale
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@freeoliveland.com.
4. Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- For damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping fees.
